      2. How to remove a team member

There are two ways to remove a team member from your Botster team.

      a) The invited user hasn’t accepted your invitation yet.

Click on ‘Revoke invitation’ opposite the invited user’s email:

      b) The invited user has accepted your invitation.

Click on ‘Remove from team’ opposite the invited user’s email:

      Managing your team

Once you’ve created a team, you and your team members can perform the following actions:

      1. Invite or remove more members

      See the guide above.

      2. Start, edit and remove jobs

      Starting a team job

      • Click on your avatar in the top right corner and select your team.
      • Launch a bot of your choice:

      1. Moving the team job to archive
      2. Starring the team job
      3. Renaming the team job
      4. Creating a copy of the team job

If you’ve ordered one or more custom bots, all your team members can access them in the like-named section:

      4. View and edit your bot library

A bot library is a selection of bots that you use most frequently. For example, if you are a recruiter, and your team uses LinkedIn bots most frequently, you can add these to your team library.

      Browsing your team library

      • Click on your avatar in the top right corner and select your team.
      • Click on ‘Team library’ to browse your bots:

Adding bots to your team library

      • Click on your avatar in the top right corner and select your team.
      • Select a bot.
      • Click on ‘Add to library’:

Now you can find this bot quickly in your ‘Team library’:

Removing bots from your team library

      • Head to your ‘Team library’.
      • Hover your mouse over the purple ‘Added’ button:

      • The text on the button will change to ‘Remove’:

      • Click on ‘Remove’. Done!

You can add this and other bots back to your team library whenever necessary.

      5. Buy credits

⚠️ Every time before buying credits, check if you are in your team’s profile or in your personal profile.

To buy credits for your team, follow these simple steps:

      • Click on your avatar in the top right corner and select your team.
      • Open the payment page. On top, there will be a warning stating that you are buying shared credits for a certain team (e.g. for the ‘Automation fans’ team):

      • Buy credits using your credit card or PayPal account.

Shared credits will be written off from your team’s account every time when one of your team members launches a job.

      6. View and share data

If you launch a bot from your team’s profile, the resulting spreadsheet will be visible to all team members.

To share data with anyone else who doesn’t belong to your Botster team, follow these simple steps:

      • Click on your avatar in the top right corner and select your team.
      • Head to your ‘Team jobs’.
      • Find the necessary job.
      • Click on ‘View data’:

      • The resulting spreadsheet will open in a new tab. Click on ‘Change’ in the top right corner:

      • A pop-up window will appear. Click on ‘Copy’ to copy the link to the resulting spreadsheet and then click on ‘OK’:

You can give this link to anyone to let them view the results.

      Switching between different teams

You can create only one team but you can be a member of numerous teams. You can easily switch between them:

      • Click on your avatar in the top right corner.
      • Select the necessary team in the ‘Switch teams’ section (e.g. either ‘My team’ or ‘Automation fans’):

Once you’ve selected a team, you’ll be able to see this team’s jobs and library:

You can perform all the actions described above with any of your teams.
